Lanzhou a light curing initiator and intermediate project with an annual output of 1200 tons is located in provincial chemical park, high tech Zone, Baiyin City, Gansu Province. The project covers an area of 53333.3m2 and has a total investment of 165 million yuan (26 millionusd). It is committed to the R & D, production and sales of high-end fine chemicals and intermediate materials, so as to build a first-class modern fine chemical enterprise in China.

2. Main products

Phase I of the project will build a production line with an annual output of 400 tons of light curing initiator (300t / a light curing initiator 369, 100t / a light curing initiator 2959) and an annual output of 300 tons of intermediate products (200t / a brominated polymer 8104, 50t / a 4, 4 '- dihydroxydiphenyl ether, 50t / a camphenyl chloride). 127 / camphoric acid / tetrapropionic acid, etc.

3. Advantageous technologies

Friedel-Crafts reaction, bromination reaction, catalytic hydrogenation, amination reaction, high temperature and high pressure, hydrogenation reaction of nitrobenzene analogues, chlorination reaction (sulfonyl chloride/thionyl chloride/phosphorus oxychloride/phosphorus pentachloride) .

4. R & D team

The company has a public technical service platform, a pilot scale-up base, and a laboratory area of 500 square meters. The company focuses on technological innovation and product research and development. In 2021, it will introduce 3 high-level talents, 35 existing technical talents, and 15 independent intellectual property rights. ,
